City eyes changes to make reserving park facilities easier

Casper wants to make it easier for residents to reserve park facilities by streamlining the usage fees, eliminating some and adding others.

The changes, which must be approved Tuesday by City Council, include removing damage deposits for most locations.

“We rarely tapped into those,” Interim City Manager Liz Becher told Council last week. “Then it’s a matter of crediting it back to credit cards, so… we’re looking at the efficiency.”
